The Renegade Salesperson Can Ruin Your Company

It is therefore so very important to have a robust training program to insure that your sales teams are toeing the line. Renegade sales people can be dangerous because they may only care about their sales and commissions and will do anything to meet their personal goals, often at the expense of manipulating buyers, misrepresentation of your products and services and then leave for another company, while you have to clean up all the debris in their wake.
